Can you feel the calling to awaken to, and rest with the infinite, conscious you? The one that is ever loving, ever trusting of you, of life.
We are so much more than the ‘doing’ human and when we remember that, life softens, expands to joy, ease, let go. Like being shown the big picture and realising… “ahhhh now I see, all is well!!”
The world is changing. Great shifts are happening. This is a beautiful oppportunity to bring focus to yourself, consciously loving.
Laura’s experience of our current 6 week group….. “I really feel a shedding of old patterns and fears and a moving forward.. like I’m slowly coming through and out the other side – a bit like a rebirth. Enabling me to welcome the future and trust in the unknown, letting go of my set ways and fears … I can’t tell you how grateful I am”
We come together in these sessions making peace with ourselves, connecting with ourselves in a way that allows healing, shifts of awareness to embrace ourselves more fully.
We meet through Zoom. Bringing a beautiful space for transformation and healing, Meditations, invitations for you to connect with your resonance through breath and voice, to raise your frequency with your natural voice in your own private space. Free to be as you need to be!! SO please make sure to keep your space private when we meet for the integrity of the rest of the group.
Each session will be recorded so that you can join the audio later if you can’t make any meetings.
The recordings will be available for two weeks after the 6 weeks finish.
As with everything, you can choose to ignore something, be vaguely aware of it, enquire a little deeper or go fully committed into something…and of course to any degree within this.
With this in mind we meet twice a week. Saturdays 9.30-11.30am (UK time) and Tuesdays 9.30-10am (UK time)
Please note: When you invest yourself in this journey emotions, expected/and unexpected may well arise so it’s good to give your self space after the sessions to do what your body is asking you for to integrate.
