Our next 6 week series begins on February 28.

We will have two meetings each week.

Friday from 7pm to 8.30 UK time will be the sound and song transmission and meditations.

Tuesday at 6pm we will do a shorter session to offer you guidance for the week, reaffirming useful practices and also answering any questions you may have.

We warmly welcome you to join us as we journey together through sound and song transmissions, guided meditations and structured silence to rest and renew.
