A day of immersing yourself in the wonders of the Healing Voice.
This is a day for you if you have some experience of exploring your voice and want to travel deeper.
Your voice is like a barometer of your soul and really lets you know where you need love and care ❤️
The day includes:
• Toning for health
• Singing Mantra and resting in the fullness of her silence
• A deeper listening and Meditation
• Exploring the healing qualities of harmonics
• Tao practices combining colour, sound, intention and visualisation
This Immersion day is ideal for you if you are keen to explore sound Healing, especially using your voice and/or if you are wanting to bring more confidence and clear stories and trauma held in your voice.
Please bring your own lunch.
Trevilly farm shop is within a very short drive from Gwills if that’s better for you.
You may want to bring your own meditation cushions/blankets however these are provided.
The day is £55 including tea and snacks.
