When I began to truly dedicate myself to love everything changed. And so I share this current of energy with you. Essentially calling on the frequency within us and the awareness of expansion. Not getting so caught up in the trivia or learnt reactions that can cause us so much pain.
I was experiencing great tidal waves of anger and it was taking over my life, so much damage. Then one day something clicked, something a dear teacher said to me about no longer inflicting violence to my heart.
